Reorganizable object graph

As a DOMS-GUI user I want to reorder the parts of the record on the left of the screen, so that I can easily locate the different parts.

Specifically

  • I want to be able to drag and drop to reorder the parts
  • When I later return to look at the same record, I want the parts to still be in the order I put them in
