Communication on coordination layer in commection with Monitoring Service

The following communication is identified:

Alarms are send via Alarm messages
Contribution to Audit trails are part of the GetAudit operation (see also Audit Trails)

The messages are defined in BitRepositoryMessages.xsd and the format of the messages are defined in BitRepositoryElements.xsd.
