Mediator Pillar

The mediator pillar, is a special middle-ware that exists in-between the BitRepository client and a regular pillar installation.

In this context, the underlying pillar is referred to as an "encrypted pillar", which just means it has only encrypted data stored.

The mediator pillar ensures that all data that the client wants to put on a pillar is encrypted before being stored on the encrypted pillar.
