Large file transfer test

Tests that the file exchange setup can handle the transfer of large files.
  1. Put a 4 GB+ files to the repository.
  2. Check the file is present with a GetFileIDs command.
  3. Get the file again.
  4. Check the file correspond to the original file.
  5. Delete the file in the repository.
  6. Check that the file have been removed with a GetFileIDs command.
