AuditTrail service configuration

Configuration
To deploy the audittrail service the following set of files are needed:
- RepositorySettings.xml
- ReferenceSettings.xml
- audittrails.properties
The files need to be placed in a the directory mentioned in the context parameter for the audittrail service. Description of such can be found in Service setup page.
RepositorySettings.xml and ReferenceSettings.xml are collection specific and as such is not described here.
The audittrails.properties file specifies the location of the services certificate and key file.
