Communication via coordination layer for the Audit Trails Service
The collection of audit trail information is the same as for the get audit trail, where all contributors are asked to provide audit trail information
The insurance of audit trails is made via a Special Audit trails Bit Repository Collection, i.e. by Put File to the collection.
Delivery of audit trail information is done via Get Audit Trails reposnses and the data to respond with is taken either from an internal database or by Get File operations on the Special Audit trails Bit Repository Collection.
