Iteration plan/process

• We'll use the internal JIRA for detailed task version management.
• Nicholas will try to create a initial set of tasks and version we can grow over time 

Definition of roadmap

• Let's initially base this on the IIPC proposed Roadmap to be maintained on the WARC implementation Roadmap page. 

JHove2 participation

• Initial question and answer from JHove2 team regarding participation.
• Nicholas will ask if we could work on a branches.

GZip and ARC module integration status

• Main task is to update the module code to work against the main JHove2 code.  
• GZIP is now building. Unit test not all parsing.
• ARC nearly building again.
