Describes the investigation into freetext searcing being done at the danish Netarkivet.dk

Current status

After talking to British library regarding there freetext setup based on SOLR and HADOOP, we have decided to try to follow the same path. Hardware has been already been acquired for further testing.

Plans

 We plan to start allocating developer ressources for setup of the test system in Q2 2012.
