Newspaper statistics - release 1.4.2

Note: This release is a hotfix.

It can be deployed as a full component, or it can be deployed with only the hotfix as follows:

• Replace only the file calendarview.js in the web frontend
  newspaper-statistics-1.4.2/web/statistics/index.html
  from the newsaper-statistics-1.4.2-package.tar.gz below or from
  https://raw.githubusercontent.com/statsbiblioteket/newspaper-statistics/newspaper-statistics-1.4.2/src/main/web/statistics/index.html

The statistics module consists of two parts

1. An autonomous component that generates statistics output
2. A simple webpage to display the generated statistics
