Run the BasicIntegrityWorkflow

1. Ensure that the lastest The FileIDs Collector Workflow latest workflow run didn't find any missing files. This can be done by 'reputting' any missing files and running the workflow again.
2. Delete a file on a pillar.
3. Start the The FileIDs Collector Workflow checkBasicIntegrityWorkflow
4. Wait 5 minuttes minutes and verify that the missing file is has been detected.
5. Verify that a an alarm has been generated.

Check for corrupt file

1. Ensure that the lastest checkForCorruptFiles didn't find any corrupt files.
2. Replace a file on a pillar with a different files.
3. Start the checkForCorruptFiles check
4. Wait 5 minuttes and verify that the corrupt file is detected.
5. Verify that a alarm has been generated
6. 'Reput' the deleted file, and rerun the workflow. Assert that no integrity problems exists.
