Functionality for editing/deleting Harvest definitions and Domain configurations

Description

Create a Functionality for editing/deleting Harvest definitions and Domain configurations before they get relations to anything else in NAS (in the systems data base).

this will give the ability to correct type errors, errors in pressing a save buttom too fast etc.

No more necessary, as we can make unused definitions invisible, we can ask the it people to correct a mistake in a created definition name in the database before the start of any harvest
If you Change the Name of a harvest Definition after a crawl, there will be Problems for preservation in the database.
