Deal with issues around releasing antiaction dependencies

Description

NAS has a number of snapshot dependencies on code developed by a former NAS developer. Source-code to these is available as source-jars from sbforge.org/nexus but not currently in any version control management system. The code is under the Apache 2 license.

The task is

  1. Review status of these packages. Have they actually now been released by the original developer?

  2. If not, we should place them on github and

  3. Build our own releases

The relevant dependencies are all under the groupId com.antiaction.
