  • Change 'To' element on message to 'Recipient' and reused 'To' element to contain the componentID of the receiving component. As this changes the semantics of a element, the minProtocolVersion has been bumped to 24.
  • CollectionID has been changed to optional to allow status messages to have a undefined collectionID.
