A context for using a set of pillars to provide Bitrepository operations.
The only attribute shared across pillars and users will be the unique ID of the BitrepositoryContext and which topic to use to initiate conversations.
The clients will also have knowledge of which pillars are part of the BitrepositoryContext via pillar IDs.
