Reference libraries

The reference libraries serves as the basis of bitrepository.org, and are used as building blocks for the higher level bitrepository.org services and clients.
The reference libraries are split into two parts:
- The core module, contaning java classes for reading settings, protocol handling, file transfer and cryptographic message signing and verification.
- The client module, contaning the clients libraries for the various protocol operations.
Besides the use internally in the bitrepository.org services and clients the reference libraries are intented to be used for custom clients or services. For that purpose maven packages are available.
