Milestone

A milestone in the Bitmagasin project define the top level breakdown of the project into phases with a specific end date.

The scope of milestones are defined by a number of general goals (Epics) for what should be finished at the milestone. Milestones are normally used to define the longterm plan for the project. See the /wiki/spaces/BITMAG/pages/21073789 for the Bitmagasins concrete milestone breakdown.

The epics are typically broken down into more operational sub tasks with a clearly defined scope and finish criterias. Subtasks are typically implemented during iterations.
