  1. Presentation of the participants in relation to the project
Everybody introduced themselves. Large variations in the approach to teaching research data management. Most specific is SDU, who is currently integrating DMP in RCR courses both at SDU and participating in RCR training at health science at Copenhagen University.
Rigsarkivet is looking into making a project handbook based on their case. And is looking to make more in-depth guides at their own website.
  2. Requirements stated in the application
Question about why the group is formed without looking at the cases. This is primarily to do with the success criterias stated in the application, where training and marketing toolkit is not targeted to the research groups participating in the cases, but is more general.
  3. Status for ongoing training at the institutions
    See 1.
  4. Cases and training
See number 2. Filip (SB) noted that the cases will also contribute with knowledge about where there is a need for training.
Anders (KB) noted that everytime someone presents a tool to researchers, it is important to follow up with some sort of evaluation to get the feedback.
  5. Deliverables and wishes
There will be created a generic platform (wiki like) structured around focal points with various levels of learning objectives, valuable knowledge and link to further ressources, supported by syllabus, references for learning objects and fact sheets.
  6. Relation to other projects
There are some other projects internationally where we can get insight into other training activities. The DM Forum also has some planned training activities, although these are not approved at the current moment.
  7. Presentation at next meeting (4th of February)
A line up of the project deliverables and status.
  8. Now what?
A new meeting will be set up in 1-1½ month (mid March). Maybe a physical meeting due to technical problems.
  9. Any other business
We will strive to use a CC-license option.
